Ordering, Despatch & Delivery Instructions

Ordering

Our minimum order value is £35.00 before the delivery charge of £15.95, up to max weight 25kg.

Deliveries are monthly, normally on the first Friday of the month.  The next available delivery date is shown on the top right corner of the Online shop under 'Your Basket'.  All our products are made fresh to order and are suitable for freezing.

Please refer to our Post Code Checker to check the delivery service to your area before you place your order.

For Scottish addresses that we can despatch to, there will be a surcharge to pay on top of the standard delivery charge.  Please refer to our Post Code Checker to ensure we can deliver to your address then contact us directly to place your order.

If we need to issue a refund due to a customer failing to use our Post Code Checker, or check the delivery date, the PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Payment is via Secure PayPal System - you can set up to pay by PayPal account or direct Bank Account debit.  Using PayPal means secure payments seperate from our website.

Despatch & Delivery

Orders are despatched in cardboard boxes packed with insulation and ice-packs which will keep produce chilled during transit and for up to 48 hours in case of delay in delivery or if you instruct APC to leave your parcel safe if not in.

All orders are despatched overnight for next day* delivery by APC before 5.00pm.

*UK mainland only

APC will send an email on the morning of delivery to the address entered onto our order form.  This will give an estimated 2 hour delivery slot and provide a link to track your parcel.

Please give accurate postcodes, contact telephone numbers and email address to help with despatch and delivery.

Important: Ideally someone will need to be available at the delivery address to take delivery of your parcel.  If this is not possible, you will need to provide instructions of where to leave the parcel should you be out such as with a neighbour or in a safe place as long as it is under cover or out of the sun or rain.
